Fay Arlene Harley of Newman passed away June 8 at 69 years of age.
Mrs. Harley was a native of Paxton, Neb.
She lived in Newman for 29 years, after previously residing in San Jose for 20 years.
Mrs. Harley was a paving and concrete contractor.
She belonged to Harvest Community Church.
She loved horses, camping and spending time with her family.
Mrs. Harley is survived by her husband, Malcolm “Bill” Harley; a son, Phillip (Karla) Harley of Turlock; a daughter, Becky (William) Tyler of Livermore; two step-children, William Harley of Ione and Paula Harley of Texas; a brother, Eddie Percy of Colorado; and two grand-children.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Marlynn Ross, in 1972.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
