Jose Alfredo German of Newman passed away May 8.
He was 31.
Mr. German was born in Modesto, and was a lifelong resident of Newman.
He was a graduate of Orestimba High School.
Mr. German was a salesman at Napa Auto Parts for three years.
He is survived by his parents, Valentin German Sr. and Maria German of Newman; and a brother, Valentin German Jr. of Newman.
A mass of Christian burial was held Wednesday at St. Joachim’s Catholic Church.
Interment was in Hills Ferry Cemetery.
Hillview Funeral Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
